We are a mobile fitness team — our certified trainers come directly to your society, home, or office. You get flexible timings, personalized programs, and measurable results without needing to travel to a gym.
No. Our trainers carry essential equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and mats. If you already have your own setup, we’ll design the program around it.
We tie up with your society or township to run 12 sessions per month (yoga, bootcamps, Zumba, kids fitness, senior mobility). Societies can book free demo classes before signing up.
For society programs, missed classes are not carried forward. For personal training, you can reschedule with 12–24 hours’ notice depending on your package.
Yes. Our online clients get customized workout + nutrition plans, weekly check-ins, and video form checks. Many choose this option for flexibility and affordability.
Yes. Our Premium Personal Training and Online Plus/Transformation packages include nutrition planning and WhatsApp support.
Absolutely. We specialize in training for PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, arthritis, spine/joint issues and more. Each client goes through a health screening before starting.
Yes. We offer two free demo classes for societies and a one-time consultation for personal training clients.
